Pingcord - Notice history

A networking issue with our cloud server provider resulted in connection drops between our own services. The issue was resolved quickly but recurred later that day for a few hours. Since the second fix, networking has remained stable and we are not expecting any further impact.

Pingcord is beginning the recovery process, and pings should slowly start to come through. Pingcord will suppress mentions for events that have happened > 2 hours ago, to prevent annoying users. Thank you for your patience while we work through these issues.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates soon.

X / Twitter support has now re-started initially as Premium testing to limit the number of accounts we track. Please note, this new method has been extensively tested with a large number of accounts but may still fail during beta testing therefore we cannot guarantee a stable service yet.

Due to changes made by Twitter on Friday, public access to Twitter content has been temporarily disabled due to an ongoing issue on their side. Elon Musk has assured that this is a temporary measure: https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1674942336583757825

Our ability to continue to provide a Twitter integration service will depend on when Twitter re-opens public access. This issue has affected other bots on Discord and other third-party services outside of Discord as well.
